Thank you for supporting me in raising awareness and funds that will make a difference in the lives of people living with dementia, their caregivers and families.  

I am again participating in the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s in Lethbridge on Saturday, May 30th at Henderson Lake to help raise money on behalf of the Alzheimer Society, so they can meet the growing demand for programs and services.  If you or anyone else you know has been diagnosed with dementia, I encourage you to reach out to your local chapter of the Alzheimer's Society.  They are very compassionate and knowledgeable and make such a difference in dealing with all the challenges of this disease. 

I am participating for my sister who is living with Early Onset Alzheimer's and my Dad who passed away from Lewy Body dementia. As primary caregiver to my sister, I know how invaluable the Alzheimer's Society has been for me.  I personally have received tremendous support from the Alzheimer's Society and cannot imagine how I would have coped without these wonderful resources.  I see the difference the society makes for anyone that walks through their doors whether for the first time or any time during their journey.
