Senior's Community Health Team
Our team is raising money in support of the Alzheimer Society by participating in the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer's in Bridgewater, NS on May 25th, 2025.
The Senior's Community Health Team has been providing community based assessments and support to older adults living in the South Shore for over fifteen years. A large part of our work involves working with people living with dementia, their families, and connecting them with supports like the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.
