I’m participating in the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s at Trenton Park in Pictou County on Sunday May 31st to help raise money on behalf of the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia, so they can meet the growing demand for programs and services. These and other resources make all the difference in the way that people affected by dementia are able to manage the disease and live life to the fullest.  

I also walk in memory of my mom who I helped care for during her struggles with dementia.  I walk for her sister and brother who also passed from dementia.  I walk for my two aunts on my dad's side who have dementia and last but not least for my younger brother who has early onset dementia and is in the later stages of dementia.  

My hope is that you not only donate to but also join my team or start your own team and startstart your own fundraising.
