With Haldimand Norfolk projected to see a 30% increase in the occurrence of dementia by 2030 - it is critical to have a strong local Alzheimer Society to support the families requiring supports today - and in the upcoming years.  

I have the pleasure of working with a knowledgeable and compassionate team of individuals at the Alzheimer Society.  Every day, I witness the care they take to support people living with dementia in our communities:

• whether it is doing home visits to perform cognitive testing, 
• providing care partners with appropriate information and tools to help them today and for the future 
• or if it is our case workers answering questions and helping clients navigate our health care system

Our team at the Alzheimer Society tries to do as much as possible with the resources they have.
