Dear Friends and Family,​

Every passing year I'm privileged to say that I have the opportunity to participate in the annual "Walk for Alzheimer's" with hope to raise as much money as I possibly can for what I believe is a good cause, a cause I hold dear to my heart. As many of you know, my grandpa lived with dementia until he passed away. My family and I were part of the Alzheimer Society, an extended family who helped us navigate my grandpa's journey with dementia and our journey as caregivers in supporting him. 

I come to you today to ask if you would consider supporting me in my quest to help others alike my grandpa. 

Right now, more than half a million Canadians are living with dementia, with over 200, 000 diagnosed individuals living in Ontario alone. By 2031, this number will increase to nearly a million. Your donation will help fund the growing demand for programs and services offered through the Alzheimer Society. These services make all the difference in the way that people affected by dementia are able to manage the disease and live life to the fullest.
