Thank you for supporting me in raising awareness and funds that will make a difference in those living with dementia, their care partners and families.
This year I am walking in memory of my wonderful Grandma - a sweet, kind and gentle soul who meant the world to me. I walk for her because I want her memory to live on in something that brings hope and support to other families facing dementia.
