Grandma Izzy and Me <3
I decided to run this year’s Alzheimer’s event in honour of my grandma Isabel Bordin. My grandma is one of the most vibrant people I know, even as Alzheimer’s changes parts of her world, the core of who she is still shines through. I want to make her proud, raise awareness, and help support the families and individuals who face this disease every day. This run is my way of continuing to carry her story forward, honouring the same vibrant personality she brings into each day.
