As many of you know, my work life and personal life have collided.
Providing support for my seniors at work was well as supporting and guiding my own family through the ever changing care needs of my father, Fern.
Mom, (Pam) dad, (Fern) and I started walking in support of the Alzheimer's society just after covid, when dad was officially diagnosed with a rare from of aphasia that will and has led to dementia/Alzheimer's.
My Goal is to get dad to walk again this year, fingers crossed.
If not, I'll do it for him!
It takes a village!
