Our team is raising money in support of the Alzheimer Society by participating in the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer's in Chatham on May 24, 2025.

We are walking in memory of our husband/father/grandfather/uncle/friend Don Patterson, who benefitted greatly from the Day Program at the Alzheimer Society. We are so grateful for the support the Alzheimer Society provided for our family. 

Our team name comes from something that Dad loved to do - making pickles. Really, he enjoyed eating the pickles. So he learned to make them in many fun canning sessions with our friend Guy Taylor, and then our own Lynn Patterson led the family pickle-making operations after that, with Dad at the centre of it, his hands deep into a sink full of ice and sliced cucumbers.
