Every year, my family and I walk in honour of our Mum, Nan, Tessa who we all loved dearly and miss every day. We also walk to honour our Aunt Maria, sister to Tessa, who passed last year after living with dementia. We walk to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Society which provides crucial supports to both those experiencing dementia and their families.
