In memory of my beautiful grandma
I am walking in memory of my grandma Gillian, a remarkable woman who faced her journey with Alzheimer's with beauty and grace.
My family is forever grateful for the support we received from the Alzheimer Society of Durham Region and are raising funds so other families who are impacted by dementia have access to the programs and services they will need as they navigate this disease.
Your donation will help fund programs and services for the nearly 12,000 people living with dementia in our community.
