On Saturday, May 24th, I’ll be participating in the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s in Whitby, joining hundreds of others as we walk with purpose, with heart, and with hope.

This year, I walk in loving memory of my father, who passed away 24 years ago. When our family was navigating his diagnosis, the Alzheimer Society of Durham Region was a lifeline—offering education, support, and compassion at a time when we needed it most.

Sadly, since that time, more friends and family have faced the challenges of this devastating disease. That’s why I’m following in my sister’s footsteps and proudly joining her team, The Memory Keepers, to continue supporting the vital work the Society does for families like ours.
