Thank you for considering to support me in raising awareness and funds that will make a difference in the lives of people living with dementia, their caregivers and families.
My father was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s in his 50's and suffered from this terrible disease until his passing from it at 66 years old.
When he first got diagnosed, I decided to not let it take anything else & find a way to fight back, which led me to this fundraising event.
For the past decade, I have organized our team: The-Forget-Me-Nots in this event, where we've been successful in raising over $10,000 as a team over this past decade.
My friends, family and co-workers have come together over there many years to walk in honour of our loved ones.
I walk in honour of my father - Clifford D. Neil
The Alzheimer Society needs YOUR support so they can meet the growing demand for programs and services. These and other resources make all the difference in the way that people affected by dementia are able to manage the disease and live life to the fullest.
Thank you for whatever donation you can make.
No matter how small or big, you are making a difference in the lives of people affected by dementia.
With love & appreciation, Jaymi-Jo
