Mind Over Miles is hitting the pavement on May 30 because we know dementia affects the lives of so many people, all of whom deserve support, dignity, and connection at every stage of their journey. As a group of friends who’ve seen the impact of dementia up close, we’re walking to honour those living with it, to stand with the families supporting them, and to help build a future where no one faces this alone.

We believe in the Alzheimer Society’s mission to provide education, resources, and compassionate programs that truly change lives. Every step we take and every dollar raised helps ensure that people living with dementia can continue to feel understood, supported, and empowered.
