This is the 9th year I’ve committed to participating in the Walk for Alzheimer’s in memory of my Mom & Grandmother! The Alzheimer Society provides essential programs and services that work to effectively alleviate the personal and social consequences of Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias within our community. Alzheimer's has hit home within the last few years and it was a passion of my mothers to raise money and awareness for the Alzheimer's society before she was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s disease and it’s now become a passion of my own. Each year I set a goal and hope to surpass that goal with the help of my family and friends.
