Rand Family Team Captain

The Rand Family is once again participating in the Walk for Alzheimer's!

This year we will be walking 13,500 steps every day for the month of May to honour and support the over 13,500 people living with dementia in our community. To be clear, Bentley will be the one doing 13,500 steps every day - she might have a different walking partner once and a while.

Ian and I walk in memory of grandparents as Alzheimer's disease touched both our families but also in honour of all those who are currently navigating dementia. We all know too many people that have been impacted.

This year I'll be walking at Pinafore Park in St. Thomas on Walk day if you want to come out and join in. We hope you will consider a donation to support programs and services for families living with dementia.
