The Rand Family is once again participating in the Walk for Alzheimer's!

This year we will be walking 14,000 steps every day for the month of May to honour and support the over 14,000 people living with dementia in our community. To be clear, Bentley will be the one doing 14,000 steps every day - she might have a different walking partner once and a while.

I will be walking in memory of grandparents as Alzheimer's disease touched both my family as well as Ian's. We also walk in honour of all those friends and family who are supporting someone diagnosed with dementia or living with it themselves. We all know too many people that have been impacted.
