I’m participating in this year’s Alzheimer’s walk to support my aunt, who is currently living with the disease, and to honour the memory of my Nanny Wadley and Papa Quigley, who both faced Alzheimer’s their final years.

This cause is personal. I've seen how Alzheimer’s impacts not just those diagnosed, but their families and communities too. 

This walk is more than just steps—it's for awareness, it's for research, and it's for a future where Alzheimer’s is no longer a life sentence. This walk will be a small way for me to contribute in the hopes that one day we will find a cure.
