Our team, Sandy’s Sunflowers, is participating in the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s in St Thomas on May 24 to help raise money on behalf of the Alzheimer Society, so they can meet the growing demand for programs and services. These and other resources make all the difference in the way that people affected by dementia are able to manage the disease and live life to the fullest.

➡$35 provides 1 day of social recreation programming for someone living with dementia
➡$100 can provide an in-person Minds in Motion session for 5 clients
➡$250 can cover the cost of 2 counselling visits with a trained and caring professional
➡$500 can cover the cost for 6 care partners to participate in a First Link education series, gaining valuable information and strategies to support their loved one
