Geerlinks Home Hardware is raising money in support of the Alzheimer Society by participating in the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer's in St. Thomas on May 24.  We are participating in the Walk this year in honour of Harry Geerlinks, former owner of Geerlinks Home Hardware.  Harry was a successful businessman and always made it a priority to give back to the community.  He supported and walked many Alzheimer’s Walk’s over the years.  At Geerlinks, we continue to support the Alzheimer’s Walk, and our community as one way of carrying on Harry’s legacy.  Dementia is the fastest growing healthcare issue of our time. As more and more people are impacted there is an increasing demand for Alzheimer Society programs and services. Services that make all the difference in the way that people are able to manage the disease and live life to the fullest.
