My name is Kay Wilson, I am a Support Counsellor here at the Alzheimer Society of Muskoka (ASM). At ASM we assist with identifying and accessing information, supports, and services. We facilitate connections to education, programs, and services offered by ASM and other health care and community services providers. We use a person-centered approach that supports people and their families.
We try our best to help people plan, feel more confident, and build knowledge and skills to maintain quality of life while being a Care Partner and/or a person living with Dementia.
We need your support so we can better support care partners and persons living with dementia. We want to provided enrichment however we can, but we need help.
