Thank you for supporting me in raising awareness and funds that will make a difference in the lives of people living with dementia, their caregivers and families.

I’m participating in the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s at my alma mater, Brock University on May 28th to help raise money on behalf of the Alzheimer Society, so they can meet the growing demand for programs and services. These and other resources make all the difference in the way that people affected by dementia are able to manage the disease and live life to the fullest.  This cause is important to me as I spent many years of my life watching my grandmother (Jean Henning) live with this disease.  It is heartbreaking to experience what can happen to someone living with this.  If you have time, I'd love to invite you to walk with me on May 28th in support of finding a cure for this terrible disease, along with sharing a few stories and laughs about  our experience dealing with this in our family.
