We are participating in the Walk again this year because dementia is the fastest growing healthcare issue of our time. 

Our Aunt Marion passed away on January 6, 2023 from Alzheimer’s. Grandpa Bruce (Bruce King- Great Grandpa to Oslo) died on March 18, 2024 and my Aunt Suez proceeded both of these wonderful people. It was difficult to see such vibrant wonderful people disappear in this disease. We need to find answers. Hopefully events like this will help.

We remember and honour our loved ones and raise $ to help others who need to be remembered or who need support now.

 As more and more people are impacted there is an increasing demand for Alzheimer Society programs and services. Services that make all the difference in the way that people are able to manage the disease and live life to the fullest.
