Enjoy a scenic 1 km walk— or go further if you wish — around two picturesque ponds — a peaceful and reflective setting for a powerful cause.

📍 Where:
Right here at Medex, on the walking and biking path directly behind the building.

🚶‍♀️ How to Participate:
Everyone is welcome — whether you walk, run, or roll! Residents, families, friends, and staff are all encouraged to join in any way they can.

💜 Why it Matters:
Dementia touches all of us — through a parent, grandparent, friend, or loved one. It is one of the most pressing health challenges of our time, and together, we can make a difference.
