I’m participating in the Alzheimer’s Walk on May 30 at Andrew Hayden Park to support the Alzheimer Society and the people living with dementia today.
Over the years, I’ve had people I care about watch their loved ones live with dementia, and others who have lost someone to it. Seeing how this disease affects families and caregivers is why this walk matters to me.
I’ll be walking farther than I normally do on purpose and would welcome the company if you’d like to join me. My steps feel like a small but meaningful way to show up for this cause.
If you’d like to help me raise money on behalf of the Alzheimer Society, I’d truly appreciate it. Every contribution can help them meet demand for their programs and services.
Thanks so much for your support.
