Our team is raising money in support of the Alzheimer Society by participating in the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer's in Sarnia, Ontario on May 26th, 2024.

We are participating in the Walk this year because Alzheimers is the fastest growing healthcare issue of our time. As more and more people are impacted there is an increasing demand for Alzheimer Society programs and services. Services that make all the difference in the way that people are able to manage the disease and live life to the fullest. 

Our family has experienced firsthand the impact of this devastating illness. As many are aware, our dear mother/grandmother, Judy Iacobelli, bravely fought Alzheimer's for nearly a decade. Sadly, she lost her battle with Alzheimers on March 31st of this year.

Throughout the past decade, the Sarnia Alzheimers Society has been a source of invaluable support for Mom and our family. Their array of recreational and social programs enabled Mom to remain engaged in meaningful activities for as long as she could.

As her illness advanced, we relied greatly on the exceptional staff of the Sarnia Alzheimers Society to offer essential respite for her primary caregiver, my father. They consistently responded to our requests for assistance and provided invaluable guidance whenever we sought help.
