The client list in the Sault Ste Marie and District numbers in the several thousands. Your support will assist the Alzheimer’s Society in providing assistance and programs locally to families just like mine that are dealing with various forms of dementia.Without them, I honestly don’t know how I/ we would cope. This journey is a long one and would be extremely difficult to travel alone. Susan has been in Long Term Care for the last 20 months but we are still very much involved with the Sault Ste Marie and Algoma Chapter. I thank the fantastic people at the local Society daily for all that they have done and continue to do for us. It is heart warming for me to see the positive impact that the programs have on so many people on this journey. With the continued community support, the load gets a little lighter for we as Caregivers and the Client.
