The Alzheimer Society is very proud to be partnering with Springwater Provincial Park in partnership with Beausoleil First Nation. 

Thanks to your support and commitment, since 2015 from coast to coast, we’ve raised over $50M to date. These critical funds help us provide and connect people to information, services and community programs such as counselling, respite care, support groups and more for people living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia across Canada.

Our Walk will be filled with free activities, live music and most importantly an Honour path where our walkers can send in the pictures of their loved ones to honour them on the path. This is more than a Walk. This is a dedication to those we love that have been affected.

Note that each person that registers to Walk this year can add one photo to the Honour Path of a person that impacted them by living with Dementia. Photos can be sent to jgrant@alzheimersociety.ca or by calling 705-722-1066 for more information. Photos will be enlarged and on the path for the community to honour those we walk for. No additional cost for this. To ensure that no one is disapointed, please make sure you have confirmation that we recieved your request to add to the honour path.
