REGISTER today and JOIN us on Saturday, May 24, 2025 at the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s!

Today, over 650,000 Canadians live with dementia and that number is expected to rise to 1 million by 2030. We need your continued support to ensure that people living with dementia, and those who love and care for them, have the resources they need, close to home.

Who will you walk for?

Alzheimer’s touches so many of us and demands incredible levels of support for the people who are living with it. When you walk, you’re providing meaningful help for people like Tyler, who started caring for his grandmother when he was just 15. And Anissa, who cared first for her father and now her mother. Or Dennis, who lives with young onset dementia first diagnosed in their 40s.

Whoever you’re walking for, rally your team members, tie up those laces and get ready to join with family and friends for a day of community and connection.

Whether you are a returning walker or you are joining us for the first time, we are excited to have you!

*There is no fee to register and everyone attending the Walk must be registered to attend.

About the Alzheimer Society of Toronto

At the Alzheimer Society of Toronto (AST), we strive to make sure that no one has to feel alone in their journey living with dementia. Since 1981, we have been delivering free programs, education, healthcare navigation, and counselling for individuals living with dementia and their families and care partners. Currently, one in three adults in Ontario has a close family member living with dementia and the need for our services continues to grow. Whether directly or indirectly, we are all affected.

“We are so grateful to the Alzheimer Society of Toronto and the Early Diagnosis group for their support. It is so meaningful and important for us.” -- Support Group Attendee
