I am participating in the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer's in Toronto on Saturday May 24, 2025.   

Today, over 650,000 Canadians live with dementia and that number is expected to rise to 1 million by 2030. We need your continued support to ensure that people living with dementia, and those who love and care for them, have the resources they need, close to home.

Unfortunately, my family and the families of many friends and work colleagues have or currently are supporting a loved one living with dementia. The caregiving burden can be significant and the Alzheimer's Society is an incredible resource that provides support to everyone touched by dementia. 

I walk in memory of my Dad.  I walk for the families of my Deloitte colleagues and for my close friends who have a loved one living with dementia.   I walk because the need for the services of the Alzheimer's Society grows every year.
