This cause is deeply meaningful to me. My mom, Juliette Mak, has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, a progressive brain disease that slowly impacts memory, thinking, and the ability to carry out everyday tasks. Several other loved ones in my family have also faced this disease, and I know how profoundly it can affect both those diagnosed and the people who care about them.

On Saturday, May 31, 2025, I’ll be participating in the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s in Toronto to raise funds and awareness for the Alzheimer Society whose support services and programs make a real difference in helping individuals and families navigate life with dementia.
