For the past 10 years, our family has been on a journey we never chose. Watching our family patriarch the person who built the foundation for so many of our happiest memories slowly navigate the fog of Alzheimer’s has been the hardest experience of our lives.
He isn't the only one in our family affected by this disease, and the reality of this diagnosis is something no family should have to face alone.
That is why we are participating in the upcoming Walk for Alzheimer’s. We are walking to honor our patriarch’s legacy, to support the other members of our family currently fighting this battle, and to contribute to the research and care that will one day change the future for others.
