Hello from Guelph Unforgetables
We are walking together as a group of friends, both dementia heroes and care heroes who meet on Wed afternoons for Minds in Motion, a vital Alzheimer's program of exercise and social interaction.
Please donate to our team to support the critical services provided by Alzheimer's for the 650,000+ people who have this disease in all its variations across Canada. It is forecasted that 1,000,000 people will be trying to cope with it by 2030.
Everyone knows someone, or is afraid they will get this disease or fear they already have it.
Please donate and make a difference to people affected by dementia.
