Welcome to Team Grumpa’s Participant Page

This year Dennis, Sam and I will be walking to raise money on behalf of the Alzheimer’s Society of Waterloo- Wellington. The walk will take place in Kitchener on May 24, 2025.

Dennis is continuing on his journey with Alzheimer’s Disease. He is an inspiration to all of us, as he rises to the challenges that this nasty disease keeps throwing his way.  We are doing everything we can to keep his mind and body active and healthy. Yes, that still includes burgers, desserts and travel. 

The Alzheimer’s Society of Waterloo Wellington has been a huge contributor to our success - through their education, activity and support programs. We know first hand that they can make a difference in the way that people affected by dementia are able manage the disease and live their lives to the fullest.

We have set a Team Grumpa fundraising goal of $500. If you are able to donate, we would greatly appreciate that. Your cheers and support are also very welcome.
