This year, I’m walking to raise awareness and funds for the Alzheimer Society in honour and loving memory of my aunt, Nasima Siddiqui.
I support people living with dementia, along with their caregivers and families. In my work, I see every day how vital these programs, resources, and supports are—and how much of a difference they make in helping people live with dignity, connection, and meaning.
As we exceeded our original goal of $1000, we have decided to increase our goal to $2,000, and we’re taking a simple, hopeful approach to get there:
$20 from 50 caring people can change lives.
If 50 friends, family members, coworkers, or community members donate just $20, together we can reach our goal and help ensure the Alzheimer Society can continue meeting the growing demand for education, support groups, and dementia‑friendly programs.
Of course, any amount you’re able to give—big or small—makes a real impact. Every donation supports individuals and families navigating dementia and reminds them that they are not alone.
Thank you for being part of this journey with me, for spreading awareness, and for helping us walk toward a future with compassion, understanding, and support for all those affected by dementia.
Donate. Share. Walk with purpose.
From the bottom of my heart...
Thank you so much for stopping by and for supporting something that truly matters to me.
