As you may know, I am a care partner to my wife, Michelle, who is living with vascular dementia. I am walking for Alzheimer's to bring awareness to the much needed resources and services needed for both client and care partners. Help me to raise money on behalf of the Alzheimer Society of Windsor Essex, so that they can meet the growing demand for programs and services. I have relied on the many services that are available such as educational resources, support groups, respite care, and memory cafe to name a few. These and other resources make all the difference in the way that people affected by dementia and their care partners like me are able to manage the disease and live life to the fullest.
