Hi everyone! My name is Jillian Wolfe and I am the team captain of Team Gray. I did this walk the past two years and I am excited to do it again this year. Team Gray is inspired by my Nana.

She suffered with Alzheimer's for a long time before she passed. I was very young when she passed and I didn't understand what was going on. At the time I didn't understand why she called me Rhonda (my mom's name), but now I do. She was struggling with her memory but she held on so tight to the memories of her daughter when she was young and | just happen to look exactly like my mom. This is an important cause to me and I really hope you support my team and donate or spread awareness.

Our team is raising money in support of the Alzheimer Society York Region by participating in the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer's at Lake Wilcox, Oak Ridges Community Centre on Saturday May 30, 2026.
