Today I’m sharing something very personal and close to my heart. I am raising money for dementia research and support in honor of my mom, Maureen, who is currently battling Alzheimer’s disease.
Watching someone you love go through this illness is incredibly difficult. Alzheimer’s affects not only memories, but also families, caregivers, and the everyday moments we often take for granted. Through this fundraiser, I hope to help bring more awareness, support, and hope to those facing dementia.
