⏰ Day’s Schedule
The walk begins under the shelter at Parc Jacques-Cartier, in Sherbrooke. Participants will walk around Lac des Nations (about 4 km) before returning to the starting point.
10:00 a.m. → Arrival of participants under the shelter
10:30 a.m. → Start of the Walk along Lac des Nations
11:30 a.m. → Return from the Walk, partner speeches, prize draw, total funds revealed
11:45 a.m. → Activities:
- Bring-your-own picnic (don’t forget your chairs!)
- Games of skill
- Outdoor country dance class with the Winslow Dancers 🤠
🎁 Free bandana
All registered participants will receive a free bandana in the colors of the Alzheimer Society of Estrie, handed out on site.

📍 Walk Route
The walk starts at the shelter in Parc Jacques-Cartier, Sherbrooke. Participants will circle Lac des Nations (around 4 km) before returning to the starting point. Here’s the route map:
