Hello, friends and family,

For the past few years, I have participated in the Walk for Alzheimer’s. There are many treasured people in my life affected by Alzheimer's- dearly loved family members, special friends, as well as the wonderful community at the Regina Lutheran Home. Participating in this annual event is a meaningful way for me to both honor their journeys and support the important work of the Alzheimer Society through fundraising and awareness. I’d love for you to join the team effort! Here are a couple of ways you can get involved:

1. You can join my team by walking with me on May 24- at Wascana Lake in Regina (10:30am) or wherever you find yourself! 

2. You can support my team, Melodies & Miles, by making a donation!

3. You can be a part of my Spring Sing-Along Tour! I will be visiting a few rural care homes in Saskatchewan as part of the “Music Outreach Program” with the Saskatchewan Music Educators Association. There will be 5 stops on the tour! The SMEA provides an honorarium of $100 per visit, which means $500 for the team! This is a fun, active way to share love and joy with seniors- and I bet you’ll receive even more love and joy in return! Your presence is more than enough, but you can also sing along, shake a tambourine… or offer your musical talents! The visits are about an hour long. If you’re interested, I’ll send you the dates and locations. :)
