Thank you for supporting me in raising awareness and funds that will make a difference in the lives of people living with dementia, their caregivers and families.
Here's why I have decided to participate in the Walk: My Grandma Neudorf had dementia. As a family we supported her the best we could. I was more involved in her care at the end of her life when she was in hospital. That was in 1991. Now I spend time with Aunt Mary and Mom Helen, both on their unique journey with dementia. Whey they are having a good day or one filled with challenges, it is a privilege to walk alongside these women.
