Join the Alzheimer Society of Cornwall and District in the month of May —Canada’s biggest fundraiser for Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.
When you participate, you make memories matter and send a message of hope to the over 4,000 people in Cornwall and District and the more than 500,000 Canadians currently living with dementia and those who care for them. And when you fundraise, you promise them that help will always be available.
You can make a difference for people right here in the 5 eastern counties! Register today for the Walk with a team or as an individual for fun, fitness and raising much-needed funds and awareness. Invite your family, friends, neighbours and co-workers too! Every step you take together brings us one step closer to a world without Alzheimer’s disease.
The funds you raise support local programs and services that improve quality of life for those living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia and their families such as our caregiver support, education and adult day programs.
