IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer's, presented by Go Auto

Sunday, May 31, 2026

The IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer's, presented by Go Auto,  is the Alzheimer Society of B.C.’s largest fundraising event, seeing participants in communities across the province walk together to raise funds and awareness and honour people affected by dementia. The Walk provides an opportunity for communities to take action to change the future for the more than 85,000 British Columbians living with dementia and the people who care for them.

The  Funds raised will help provide in-person and virtual programs, services and education for families on the dementia journey, providing the support they need to maintain the best possible quality of life throughout the progression of the disease, as well as enabling critical research to change the future of the disease. We couldn’t do this work without the generous efforts of our fundraisers and donors!

Join more than 2,000 fellow British Columbians on Sunday, May 31, 2026 to show people living with dementia, as well as their families and caregivers, they don’t have to walk the journey alone.

Volunteer

Join a passionate and dedicated team of leaders today. Each Walk in B.C. is organized by a volunteer committee and we always welcome new faces and fresh perspectives.

We’re in particular need of skilled individuals to help lead the Vancouver, Delta and Abbotsford organizing committees for the 2026 Walk in these communities.

We’re also seeking volunteers to join these organizing committees and always welcome inquiries about the committees for our other Walk locations around the province.
